SCAE specializes in environmentally friendly wastewater treatment solutions. In the pre-treatment area, for solid-liquid separation, we offer a wide range of automatic screens for fine filtration and automatic screens for coarse filtration with related screw or hydraulic screw compactors for the screened material. For the sedimentation section SCAE produces overhead cranes for circular and rectangular tanks and sludge thickeners. For the removal of sand and grit we offer screw desanders or circular tank desanders. For sludge handling we offer screw conveyors with or without shafts.

SCAE designs and develops solutions that enhance the recycling and reuse of waste materials while respecting and protecting the balance of our ecosystem. Biogas, Biomethane, Forsu, Agricultural, Slaughter, Pollen are just some of the types of plants in which SCAE's skills and equipment are applied.

The agri-food market requires equipment and plants able to overcome the strict requirements of the certifying bodies as well as governmental and protection authorities. SCAE designs and manufactures rotary decanters, centrifugal decanters, transfer screws, progressive cavity pumps, shredders and other specific environmentally friendly machinery for the food sector.

SCAE offers several solutions for dosing and other process steps in the production of pharmaceutical, cosmetic, biochemical and chemical products in general. Among the offered solutions there are centrifugal separators, polypreparators, progressive cavity pumps specifically designed for dosing any kind of liquid.

In the industrial and manufacturing field, with specific regard to the textile and tanning sectors, SCAE is active with a range of dedicated solutions such as conveyor belts, drum acceptance systems and active sludge purifiers, purification systems for exhaust fumes as well as for the design of ad hoc machinery.

Lubricating oils and petroleum-derived fuels are both indispensable inputs for the manufacturing industry and critical substances for environmental well-being.
